La Pittura Vase

La Pittura is part of HAY’s collaboration with American artist Emma Kohlmann. The series translates her distinct visual language into objects for everyday use.

Meaning “the painting” in Italian, La Pittura brings Kohlmann’s expressive motifs onto stoneware surfaces. Each piece carries a graphic presence that moves between art and function.

Defined by bold color and hand-painted detail, the vase introduces structure and movement to a space. It holds flowers with ease, yet stands equally strong as a sculptural object on its own.

An object that balances composition and utility in equal measure.
